CNC Swiss Machinist

Perform intricate and close tolerance machining in low quantities of small, advanced precision components using CNC Swiss Machines. Must be proficient in the setup and operation of CNC Swiss machines. Must be proficient in G- code and interactive programming, engineering drawing interpretation, and the mathematics required to perform the most advanced CNC Swiss operations. The position involves the simultaneous operation of multiple machines.

• Experience should include knowledge of Fanuc controls.
• Must possess the ability to use a wide variety of measuring devices to inspect components produced, as well as manufactured by other employees and outside vendors.
• Also may be required to provide technical expertise and train other employees.
• Will be expected to develop and document manufacturing processes and procedures to facilitate effective and efficient production of various components.

Should also display skills in verbal communication, technical drawing, and organization. Must possess a willingness to learn new techniques.
